We’d love to give you a personal virtual tour. We are always happy to show off our great staff and can promise you that the amazing atmosphere will jump out of your screen! Our Coordinator of Community Programs will speak with you to discuss your needs and determine how best we can help.
We have been providing services to the residents of North Simcoe since our inception in 1993. North Simcoe includes the Towns of Midland and Penetanguishene, Townships of Tay and Tiny, part of Springwater Township and Beausoleil First Nation. We also serve parts of Georgian Bay, Oro Medonte, and Severn Townships.
Our services are free to our patients, our clients and their families thanks to partial funding (just under 50%) from the Ministry of Health & Long-term Care and the support of generous donors, businesses, grants and fundraisers like our Annual Hike for Hospice.
