About Us

We have been providing services to the residents of North Simcoe since our inception in 1993. North Simcoe includes the Towns of Midland and Penetanguishene, Townships of Tay and Tiny, part of Springwater Township and Beausoleil First Nation. We also serve parts of Georgian Bay, Oro Medonte, and Severn Townships.

Hospice Huronia is a not for profit - public benefit corporation, established in 1993 & incorporated in 1994. Opened Tomkins House - a 5 bed Hospice in April of 2020.

Our services are free of charge thanks to the support of the North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network (NSM LHIN) and the generosity of our donors and community partners.
