If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, you don't have to walk the journey alone. Our services are available from the time of diagnosis and there is no fee for any of our services.

Visiting Volunteers
Our Visiting Volunteers go to the client and provide non-medical support
- Simple comfort measures
- Relief for the caregiver
- Light meal preparation
- Friendly listening/conversation
- Reading aloud
- Letter writing/assistance with other communications
- Accessing Resources
Referrals
Anyone can refer someone to Hospice Huronia with the consent of the person being referred and anyone can refer themselves.
