
This is a non-clinical, full-time role focused on strengthening the governance, compliance, and operational backbone of our organization. As a 6-bed residential hospice serving North Simcoe, we are committed to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and responsible stewardship. This position plays a key role in ensuring our systems and structures support that mission.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations & Quality Lead will:

Coordinate governance and policy infrastructure

Support HPCO accreditation readiness and compliance tracking

Maintain documentation systems and reporting frameworks

Coordinate external service providers (accounting, payroll, HR consulting, IT, facilities)

Support Board and leadership reporting

Strengthen internal controls and operational processes

This role does not supervise staff or vendors. Instead, it ensures clarity, accountability, and consistency across systems that support our clinical and community programs.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a professional with experience in governance, healthcare operations, public administration, compliance, or regulated environments.
The ideal candidate is:

Experienced in policy tracking and documentation integrity

Skilled in building dashboards and reporting tools

Experience supporting accreditation or regulatory processes is considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage: $41.50 – $49.00 (based on experience)
